Yes, to secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit. The final payment is due 4 weeks before your wedding day. We also offer flexible payment plan options to help spread the cost, ensuring everything is taken care of smoothly and stress-free leading up to your big day. As part of all our packages, we offer a unique ‘Save the Date’ service. Your dedicated Wedding Creative Consultant will guide you through the process, where we’ll create a personalised ‘Save the Date’ Trailer video that you can send to your friends and family.

This video will include key details about your wedding day, and we’ll also provide a link to your Wedding Portal, which contains all the important information you want to share—such as venue details, nearby hotels, and how your guests can contribute to your wedding package via the Friends & Family Gift area.

This can be done either before or after your engagement shoot, depending on your preference.

Your dedicated Wedding Creative Consultant will provide you with full login details for your Wedding Portal, giving you access to everything in one convenient place. 

Through the portal, you’ll be able to track your Countdown to the Wedding, view your Save The Date Trailer, check your Package Details and T&Cs, and ultimately access your Wedding Portfolio—including the final set of photos and videos in a secure area for you to treasure. 

You can also share the portal link with friends and family so they can see the full itinerary and contribute through the Friends & Family Gift area.

Yes, we offer engagement photo sessions as part of our wedding photography services.

We will discuss this during the pre-wedding consultation process with your dedicated Wedding Creative Consultant.

Absolutely! We provide full access to your entire portfolio of edited wedding photos in high-resolution digital format, with complete rights—unlike some companies, we don’t charge extra for copyright. All of your photos are yours to keep, share, and print however you like. 

In addition, our combined photography and videography packages include a beautiful keepsake album to preserve your treasured memories. We also offer custom albums and prints as part of our packages or as add-ons, allowing you to display your memories in the format that suits you best.

Absolutely! You are welcome to provide a shot list or specific photo requests. Upon booking, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Wedding Creative Consultant who will work closely with you to discuss and confirm your requirements. This includes any must-have shots or personal requests.

We’ll also reconnect with you in the final run-up to your wedding day to ensure we have your most up-to-date preferences and to make sure every moment you care about is captured beautifully.

Because we work as a close-knit team on your day, we have you completely covered in the event of illness or technical problems with the equipment. We always have reserve / back-up equipment on-hand to cover all eventualities. We also use every practical opportunity to back up the footage throughout the day, so we’re not leaving anything to chance.

Once we return to the studio, we then additionally back-up the material and hold these in a secure area before we commence the editing process. Relax, we have you covered!

Our standard turnaround time for delivering wedding photos is 8-12 weeks from the date of your wedding. However, this can vary slightly depending on how busy we are during the wedding season.

Yes, you’re welcome to choose the music for your wedding video! However, it’s important to be aware that copyright laws can be tricky in the industry. You can pick any music for your video that’s for personal use, but if you choose a mainstream song that’s subject to a record label’s copyright, you may not be able to share your video online or on social media.

If you’d like to share your video online, we recommend speaking to your Wedding Creative Consultant to select a track that’s licensed by us.

We’ll provide the necessary certification so you can share your video and its accompanying soundtrack freely across platforms.

We take great care to ensure high-quality audio throughout your wedding video.

Our team uses professional-grade microphones and audio recording equipment to capture crystal-clear sound, especially during key moments such as the vows & speeches, and the ceremony.

This includes the use of lapel mics for highly discreet and effective sound capture.
